Yarn’n Holiday Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Yarn’n Pty Ltd (ABN 55 670 304 551) of 57a Assembly Street, Salisbury QLD 4107, Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
a. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
b. Employees of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 12 September 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 16 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter
a. During the Promotion Period, entrants may enter by:
  - Purchasing any Yarn’n product in-store at Woolworths and uploading a clear photo of their valid purchase receipt via www.yarnn.au/competition; or
  - Purchasing any Yarn’n product online at www.yarnn.au, in which case entry is automatic.
b. Existing Yarn’n subscription customers will automatically receive one entry.
c. New Yarn’n subscription customers who sign up during the Promotion Period will receive one automatic entry plus one bonus entry.
d. Entrants must provide all requested details when submitting an entry. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize
a. The prize is a Lilypad Palm Beach experience for two people, comprising:
  - A 2-night stay at Lilypad Palm Beach (voucher valid until 04/09/28, subject to Lilypad’s booking terms and conditions).
  - Return economy class flights for 2 adults from any major capital city airport in Australia to Sydney (excludes regional airports).
  - Return transfers between Sydney Airport and Lilypad Palm Beach.
b. Maximum of 2 persons may travel.
c. Total maximum prize value is AUD $7,000 (incl. GST).
d. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Prize Conditions
a. Redemption of the accommodation component is subject to the terms and conditions of Lilypad Palm Beach, available at https://lilypadpalmbeach.com/terms-conditions/.
b. The winner and companion must travel together on the same itinerary.
c. Travel is subject to availability and must be completed before the voucher expiry date (04/09/28).
d. The winner is responsible for all other expenses not expressly stated, including meals, additional transport, insurance, incidentals, and costs arising from changes or cancellations.

7. Winner Selection
a. The winner will be drawn at random on 17 October 2025 at the offices of the Promoter, 57a Assembly Street, Salisbury QLD 4107.
b. The winner will be notified by [email/social media direct message/phone] within two business days of the draw and their name will be published at [website/Instagram handle].
c. If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw.

8. Verification
a. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) as proof of entry.
b. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

9. Liability
a. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred by a winner.
b. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death incurred in connection with the prize.
c. The prize is provided “as is” and subject to Lilypad Palm Beach’s own terms and conditions.

10. Privacy
Personal information is collected by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and may be used for direct marketing in accordance with its privacy policy.

11. General
a. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if it is not able to be conducted as planned.
b. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
